There are Old Testament prophecies concerning Jesus and the Holy
Spirit.

|
The Spirit of the Lord shall rest on Christ; the Spirit of wisdom,
understanding, counsel, might, knowledge, and fear of the Lord (Is.
11:1-2). God would put His Spirit upon Jesus to bring justice to
the Gentiles (Is. 42:1; cf. Matt. 12:18-21). The Spirit of the Lord
God would be upon Jesus, anointing Him to preach, heal, and proclaim
liberty (Is. 61:1; cf. Lk. 4:14-21).

The Spirit was the power of God by which Mary conceived Jesus (incarnation
of Christ).
