word of God, and prayer).
Jas. 4:7
If we resist the devil, he will flee from us.
We resist the devil by submitting to God. If we humbly draw near
to God with clean hands and a pure heart, He will draw near to us
(Jas. 4:7-10).
1 Pet. 5:8-10
We resist Satan being soberly and vigilantly steadfast in the faith.
